Subscriber data
How your email address is used
VB Structuren BV uses the email address you provide to make the PDF guide available and to send practical updates about inheritance planning, family capital and Estate Control.
What we retain
Your email address, language, consent version, subscription date and technical referral source. Do not send documents, amounts or other confidential information through this form.
Matching against a client register
If you previously worked with VB Structuren, the address may be matched on the server against a separately approved client register. The comparison uses a protected pseudonymous value; the register is never sent to the browser and the result is not disclosed to the website visitor.
A match may be used only to send one neutral invitation to share an honest experience. We offer no incentive, request no particular rating and do not prepare the wording of a public review on a client's behalf. Visiting Google or Trustpilot is voluntary and their own privacy rules apply there.
Retention and objection
Technical invitation data is retained for no longer than 12 months. The pseudonymous eligibility record is reviewed when the client register is updated and is deleted or suppressed after an objection. An objection to review invitations does not affect access to the guide or any service.
Personal space and email sign-in
We send a one-time sign-in link to the email address you provide using Resend as the email delivery service. The link remains valid for 15 minutes. The server stores a protected technical representation of the link rather than the link itself. After sign-in, the browser receives a protected session lasting up to 30 days; you can end it at any time by signing out.
Notes, questions and calculation results remain in your personal space. VB Structuren receives an entry for discussion only after you separately select “Send to adviser”. Do not save passwords, banking details, documents or other secret information in the personal space.
Your choice
You may unsubscribe from updates or request access, correction or deletion at any time through the contact form.
The access, automated-response and entry-submission rules are set out in the Personal Portal Terms of Use.
