Personal portal · terms of use
Clear rules for the free personal portal.
These terms govern access to the VB Structuren personal portal. They are not an engagement for tax, legal, notarial or other professional services.
Edition dated 23 August 2026
Contract architecture
One portal acceptance — a separate scope for each paid engagement.
- 01Terms of Use
Accepted once for the portal and again only after a material update.
- 02Master services agreement
One agreement containing the general terms of professional collaboration.
- 03Order Form / Engagement Letter
A separate order for each paid service or materially new phase.
1. Portal provider
The personal portal is provided by VB Structuren BV, a company registered in the Netherlands. Contact us through the contact form or at info@vbstructuren.nl.
2. Purpose
The portal helps you read material in a sensible order, retain notes and calculation results, ask questions, prepare preliminary structure visuals and get ready to discuss a product. Access is for your personal or internal business use. You may not share access or use the portal to provide services to others.
3. Sign-in and security
You sign in through a link sent to your email address. You are responsible for access to that mailbox and for signing out on shared devices. Tell us promptly if you believe another person has used your access.
4. No individual advice
Public material, navigation suggestions, calculators, structure visuals, templates and automated responses are for orientation. They do not confirm applicable law, a tax result, document validity, authority or the position of a public body, bank or notary. An individual conclusion is produced only under a separately agreed engagement after the relevant facts and documents have been reviewed.
5. Chat and preparation of an answer
A question may be routed automatically to learning, products, calculations or review of Dutch rules. For an individual answer, we reconstruct the relevant facts, consult the professional material needed for that question through the internal process and check key propositions against current law and official guidance. A professional formulates the conclusion independently and approves it in their own name. Do not make a legal, tax or financial decision solely on an initial automated response.
6. Your entries
Notes, questions, checklist answers and calculation results remain in your portal. VB Structuren receives a specific entry for discussion only when you select “Send to adviser” or an equivalent action. Do not upload passwords, card data, passports, bank statements or source-of-wealth evidence unless we request them through a separate secure channel.
7. Accuracy of inputs
You are responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the information you enter. A calculation or structure visual reflects only the assumptions supplied and may change when ownership, family status, country, timing, tax classification or documents are clarified.
8. Intellectual property
The materials, original journey design, calculators and templates are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Portal access does not transfer rights in their underlying materials, methods or software. You may keep your own outputs for personal use and discussion with your advisers. Publication, resale, systematic copying, training third-party models or building a competing library requires prior written permission.
9. Third-party services and professionals
Some functions may use hosting, email, e-signature, task-management or other technical providers. A notary, S.A.L.T. Partners B.V., foreign lawyer or other specialist is a separate service provider unless a particular proposal expressly states otherwise.
10. Availability
We may change, suspend or retire functions for maintenance, security or service development. We aim to preserve data and availability but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. You may request an available data export or deletion through the contact form.
11. Liability
The portal is an ancillary information service. VB Structuren is not responsible for decisions made without separately agreed professional review or for third-party failures outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
12. Separate acceptance of paid work
Professional collaboration uses two contractual levels. The Master Services Agreement sets the general terms of the relationship but does not itself order a particular service. Each paid product or materially new phase is recorded separately: service, scope, deliverables, exclusions, client inputs, other specialists, timing, price, payment and termination terms. This may take the form of an Order Form, Engagement Letter or Scope of Work accepted by a separate click or electronic signature. Where a consumer contracts at a distance, the required information about withdrawal and any request to start during the withdrawal period is supplied before payment.
13. Changes
The accepted date and version are stored in an acceptance log. We will ask you to accept a new version before continuing when a change is material. Minor editorial changes may apply without fresh acceptance.
14. Law and disputes
Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands unless mandatory consumer law entitles you to use another court. Please first give us an opportunity to resolve the issue through the contact form.
